2. Setting Up Shipping Rates

To ensure your customers can place orders, it is essential to set up shipping rates in your online store. If shipping rates are not configured, customers will be unable to complete their purchases.

3. Shipment Methods

We utilize various shipping methods depending on the item, fulfillment location, and your preferences.

*   Items from America: Primarily dispatched using air freight.
*   Items from China: Can be sent via air freight or sea freight.
    *   Air freight is generally faster but more expensive.
    *   Sea freight is typically slower but more economical.
    *   For smaller orders, we often use fulfillment from America. For larger orders, China may be recommended as it can be less expensive.

4. International Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and depend on the chosen method. These estimates do not include the production time required to customize your products. Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery times and exclude local holidays, unavoidable events, and incorrect information provided by the customer.

*   Special Line: Average of 10 days; 95% delivered within 15 days.
*   International Shipping: Average of 5 days; 95% delivered within 7 days.
*   Standard Shipping: Average of 25 days; 95% delivered within 30 days.

Each order will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

5. Incorrect Phone Number Provided

If you provide an incorrect phone number during your order, the package may fail to be delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible at vrhiphopvr@gmail.com if your parcel has not yet shipped so we can attempt to update the details.

6. International Order Confirmation

For international orders, we may email you to confirm the correct phone number before shipping. Orders may be held in our warehouse for up to 90 days from the purchase date if the phone number is not confirmed. After this holding period, the products may be disposed of, and HipHopVR will have no liability or responsibility for them.

7. Logistics Cost Calculation

Logistics costs are determined by the delivery address and the weight of the items in your order. Our system will calculate the shipping fee based on the chosen shipping method when you place your order. We offer various shipping choices depending on order size, fulfillment location, and desired delivery speed.

8. Package Not Received After 20 Days

If you have not received your package after 20 days, the main reasons for non-delivery typically include:

*   Missed calls from the courier.
*   Incorrect contact number provided at purchase.
*   Incorrect shipping address provided at purchase.

If delivery failed for any of these reasons, please contact us at vrhiphopvr@gmail.com with the correct contact number/address and your available times for re-delivery.

Delays may also occur due to events outside of our control, such as:

*   Flight cancellations.
*   National holidays.
*   Striking workers.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

*   Damaged Items: Please send photos of the damage to our customer service at vrhiphopvr@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
*   Lost Packages: If the freight company loses your package, we will arrange re-shipping as soon as possible.

10. Order Being Returned to Sender

Orders are returned to the sender for various reasons, most commonly due to:

*   Incorrect address details on the package, making it undeliverable.
*   The package being unclaimed at customs.
*   The package being refused/returned.

You will be notified once the order arrives back at our facility. We advise you to contact your customer to determine the situation and how they would like to proceed. If you wish to have the product reshipped, please contact us with an updated, correct address where relevant.

New shipping charges will be applied to orders that have been returned to the sender because they were unclaimed at customs, refused/returned, or had an incorrect address submitted at purchase.

11. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received by Customer

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer reports they have not received it, [Your Store Name] will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There may be instances where delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier directly and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

If your customer is unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We are currently unable to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to offer this service in the future.

12. Incorrect Recipient Address

*   Before Shipment: If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact vrhiphopvr@gmail.com so we can attempt to modify the address. If the address change results in a shipping price difference, the customer will be responsible for bearing this additional cost.
*   After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
